A Wedding Toastmaster (Or Master of Ceremonies as they are also often called) can ensure that your special day will run smoothly.
Stages of your Wedding Day when you need a Wedding Toastmaster
You can break your Wedding Day down into stages. From the Ceremony, photographs, wedding breakfast, speeches right through to the first dance and cutting of the cake. All crucial parts of your special day. How are you going to make sure that each stage runs smoothly? By making sure that you’ve got someone to act as a Toastmaster.
What will a Wedding Toastmaster do?
A Wedding Toastmaster will know exactly how to make your day run perfectly. They will have the confidence to make announcements to your Guests. Everybody will be in the right place at the right time and know exactly what should happen and when. Your Guests will not miss crucial moments of your day such as cutting the cake or your first dance.
If you are getting married at a Hotel, the chances are the person in charge of running your day will act as a wedding Master of Ceremonies. But what happens if you’re having a marquee wedding, or hiring out an exclusive use venue?
Hire someone that is impartial to your Wedding
You could ask one of your Ushers or a family friend, but they might not be confident speaking up in public. Your Toastmaster needs to be able to make your Guests hear them. Also, whilst they are ensuring your day runs to plan, they are also going to miss out on your celebrations. There is also the risk that they may be spending more time at the bar and forget about the actual task you have given them to do!
It is much better to make sure that you have got a totally impartial person to carry out the role of Toastmaster.
There are professional Toastmasters out there, however, as part of my On the Day Coordination service includes Toastmaster services, so if you think you need the help of someone to coordinate your wedding day call me for a chat on 07980 679575.
