A pre-wedding bucket list is a great thing to set up before your wedding. Whether you set tasks to do together as a couple or maybe just spending time you’re your closest friends before settling down to married life.
Here are 10 ideas for you to put on your pre-wedding bucket list, what others can you think of?
SET UP A JOINT SAVINGS ACCOUNT
After all, how else is your wedding going to pay for itself. After the wedding, you could use it towards future holidays etc.
TRAVEL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Either together or with your closest friends. Take time to explore your dream cities and far away land. Once married, with a mortgage and the thought of starting a family you may not have the time to do this. This is an excellent thing to have on your pre-wedding bucket list, particularly as soon as we’re allowed to travel again!
SPEND A WHOLE WEEKEND TOGETHER WITHOUT TECHNOLOGY
Eek, how will you cope? If you can communicate with each other, without the use of Instagram, Facebook etc. then you will have a strong marriage.
WRITE EACH OTHER A LOVE LETTER
You could be so much distracted by the wedding planning and saving to pay for your wedding, that this is a perfect way to keep the romance alive and remind each other of why you are getting married to each other.
THROW DINNER PARTIES WITH YOUR BEST FRIENDS
Planning a wedding can be so stressful, it is important to have some fun times socialising with your friends on your pre-wedding bucket list.
START A NEW HOBBY TOGETHER
After all, after you have spent so long planning your wedding, what are you going to do after the big day has passed?
TELL EACH OTHER SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER TOLD ANYONE ELSE
You are going to spend the rest of your lives together, release your deepest darkest secrets.
HAVE YOUR FIRST DATE ALL OVER AGAIN
Remind each other how you first met and how you fell in love with each other.
CREATE A SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
This is great for your pre-wedding bucket list item to also use for your wedding day. Make a cocktail that reflects your relationship and use it as a reception drink on the big day itself.
MAKE A POST WEDDING BUCKET LIST
Finally, set yourselves some more fun tasks to do together once you are married.
Under the current circumstances, you may have to re-think some of the ideas or hold off them for a while, but it may be something that you can do for you to look forward to as soon as we can move around again.
